If you are local to the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area and have a physical store location that you would like me to review, then this product is ideal for you. First, I will look your company up online to see what the process of trying to find your location and book your services is. Then, I visit your location without anyone knowing who I am. I dress the part so that I look like anyone else who would be coming to your location.

I either shop or receive your service, depending on the nature of your business. I tell you my first impressions, what I loved, what I would like to see changed or improved, if I would shop at your store again or recommend to a friend and I tell you why or why not.

I will shoot a review video for you to capture my overall thoughts and feelings about using your service. I will not be on camera in this video so that I am able to maintain anonymity at your location, as many clients choose to have me come back in and visit two to three times per year. This helps them to stay on top of their current customer experience so that they always know what to work on next.

The reason that you will not see me on camera and rather will hear my voice instead is so that if you want to watch this video back with your employees to work on improving your customer experience, I don’t want them to know who I am the next time that I visit your location.

The In Person Shopping Experience Review is a great tool to use to measure your current customer experience at your location.This video is not shot with the goal of being able to use it as a YouTube review, as I want to be able to speak freely and in an unbiased way about your product so that I can provide you with valuable feedback about your product. If you would like me to shoot a YouTube Review of your product, please reach out to me via email to set that up. That video will be shot with me reviewing your product for potential buyers and will contain less direct product feedback and will be filmed with the intent to help customers want to buy your product.

To begin your In Person Shopping Experience Review, you simply complete checkout on my website. After checkout, I will reach out to you via email to find out what kinds of products that you would like for me to purchase at your store location. We will agree to a price point and service so that you know how much I will be spending out of pocket to purchase a product or to receive a service. This is in addition to the $100 Review fee.

I will text you an image of my receipt directly after I visit your location and ask that you send payment for this expense to my PayPal account. The email address for that account is info@yourcustomersshoes.com. While you send that over, I will finish your review. I want to get the full shopping customer experience, so I want to view your service the same way that your customers do. This way, I do not have to incur the out of pocket expenses of purchasing your service, but I am able to test shopping and service specifics just like one of your customers would.

This seems to be the best solution for everyone. I do not return items, as that would be an additional visit. Some customers choose to purchase two visits; one to measure the original shopping experience and the other to measure how I was treated when I attempted to return something or resolve a customer issue. This is strictly up to you. The benefit to purchasing the second visit is that you receive your product back, but again, this is purely up to you as the customer. You decide what works best for you.

After I receive your payment for my purchase at your location, I will film your review, to include the information from above. I will create your list of top social media influencers. It will only take me 2-4 days to complete and send you your video reviews (both screen capture of actual shopping and shopping experience review video), social media influencer list, my Top Tips and your product images.

I will send your video, list and images via Dropbox.
