I will tell you who I think your top two competitors are.

I will detail to you what I think about your website and your competitors.

I will  show you where I would have looked for information to help me decide who to choose.

I will say if the page would have made me stay or leave (bounce rate) and why.

I will tell you who I would ultimately choose and why.

I provide you with screen recording videos with my findings for you to watch and listen to. I find that I can be much more detailed in my notes with you if I am speaking about my thoughts as they are happening. Additionally, it is a great tool for you to be able to share with people in your company so that they understand my first impressions more clearly.

I offer three test levels, as captured in the images above. The main difference is as follows:

Basic: I will spend 5 minutes identifying your competitors and the other five minutes deciding between you and your main competitors. I will screen capture record every step that I take to make that decision. I will choose one company and then tell you why. This will be done from my laptop only.

Standard: I will spend 5 minutes identifying your competitors and the other 15 minutes deciding between you and your main competitors. I screen capture record every step that I take to make that decision. I will choose one company and then tell you why. It’s a more in depth look at why I chose who I chose. This test will be performed from both my laptop and my iPhone to show you which one I would choose.

Premium: I will spend 5 minutes identifying your competitors and the other 25 minutes deciding between you and your main competitors. I screen capture record every step that I take to make that decision. I will choose one company and then tell you why. This is how you beat your competitors.
